Trainings Scheduled
All trainings are in-person unless otherwise noted in the training listing below, and are free of charge for current RLID subscribers.
Note: Real Estate CE Credits are available for all classes.
If you plan to attend or are interested in a standard training, please register by sending an email using the "Register" link under the class listing above.
Training Options
We offer training two different ways:
Standard Trainings
- Topics: Basic, Advanced, Mapping
- Cost: Free
- Length: 2 hours
- Where: at LCOG
- When: frequency based on demand, but typically offered quarterly (see above for scheduled trainings)
Custom Trainings
- Cost: $250 per hour
- Where: at LCOG (off-site within 50 miles of LCOG, add $125; other areas in Lane County, add $250)
- When: by request (requires 60 days notice)

RLID News
Tax Roll Certification for 2024
Tax Roll Certification by the Lane County Assessor is scheduled for Tuesday, October 8th, 2024.
All 2023 property values and taxes will continue to be updated and available each day. 2024 property values and taxes will be available in RLID in the afternoon on Wednesday, October 9th, 2024.
Other RLID data, such as scanned documents from Lane County Deeds and Records (nightly), regional addresses, taxlots, zoning, boundaries, districts, and other spatial information (weekly) will continue to be updated on the normal schedule.
Increased Taxes Balance Due Availability
The Taxes Balance Due application will be unavailable during the following time window to allow for loading of the newly certified tax roll data.
9 pm, Monday, October 7th to 12 pm, Wednesday, October 9th
We expect a high volume of Taxes Balance Due usage when it comes back online so please allow plenty of time for accounts to process.
As a reminder, users can go to http://apps.lanecounty.org/PropertyAccountInformation/Search to look up taxes by individual account details.
CE Certification Renewed
Certification for the Regional Land Information Database's CEP (Continuing Education Provider) was successfully renewed. Certification for this new year allows us to continue to offer CE credits for agencies who take certified training courses with us.
