The data contained in these sketches may not contain the exact details of each property, and are subject to change. Assessment & Taxation provides a new batch of assessor sketches and photos monthly, which are then processed and made available through RLID.   Lane County Assessment and Taxation calculates square footage using the exterior footprint of the dwelling and includes closets and stairways and we round to the nearest ½ foot which may cause a slight discrepancy between a different party’s calculations of your home’s square footage and Assessment & Taxation.

If errors are found in building square footage please contact Lane County Assessment & Taxation at 541-682-4321.      Discrepancies of 100 square feet or less are generally considered normal rounding and/or interpretation by Assessment and Taxation staff.
