Vacant land sales records are available for property sales from the last five years.  Users have the ability to "filter" by multiple search criteria.  After results are displayed, individual sales records may be removed from the filtered list by unselecting the green checkmark, and data on the remaining properties can be exported to an excel file.

Please note that this tool does not provide a list of comps based on comparison with a user-defined "subject property", as with the RLID Residential Comp Sales tool.  Instead, the Vacant Land Sales tool provides the user with a broad selection of properties to better meet the needs of vacant property sales.

Sales data are extracted and updated in RLID each week.

Note that multiple data rows may reflect the same sale, as it is not uncommon for a vacant land sale to include more than one taxlot.

Context-sensitive help is built into the application; it may be accessed at any time while using the tool for instructions on filtering the data and generating reports.
