Commercial Sales Overview

The Commercial Sales tool allows users the ability to refine or "filter" using one or more criteria.  Individual sales records may then be removed from the filtered list if desired (by "unchecking" the box), and data on the remaining properties can be exported to an xls file.  The user also has the option of exporting all commercial sales data to an xls file.

Please note that this tool does not provide a list of comps based on comparison with a user-defined "subject property", as with the RLID Residential Comp Sales tool.  Instead, the Commercial Comp Sales tool provides the user with a broad selection of properties to better meet the needs of commercial property appraisal.  All available commercial sales data are provided, and the user has full control of the filtering process.

Commercial sales records are available for property sales between 1997 and 2021.  The initial sales date will show 01/01/2021 to 12/31/2021 by default, but the date range may be expanded or changed during the filtering process.

The commercial property sales list consists of the following data for each record:

• Maplot #
• Stat Class
• Sale Date
• Property Name
• Situs Address
• Price
• Year Built
• Reports

Note that multiple data rows may reflect the same sale, as it is not uncommon for a commercial sale to include more than one taxlot or account number.

Context-sensitive help is built into the application; it may be accessed at any time while using the tool for instructions on filtering the data and generating reports.
