What are the Hardware and Software Requirements to use RLID?

  • High-speed cable or DSL internet connection (dial-up service will work for some applications, but is not recommended)
  • PC computer running the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer (v 5.5 sp2 or newer is recommended) Call for details about running RLID on a Mac computer..
  • Tiffsurfer Image Viewer for viewing tax maps, documents and other scanned images (Download Image Viewing Software)

*Start-up rates may be adjusted during the initial 12 months depending on actual usage. Rates will be reviewed annually thereafter and adjusted according to usage. Rates are also subject to change as new applications and content are brought online.
