NEW COMMERCIAL SALES & BUILDING DATA NOW AVAILABLE ON RLID!

RLID users have long requested more information on commercial properties in RLID. It will still be some time before commercial building characteristics are displayed in RLID in the same format that is currently available for residential properties. However, we have implemented a feature that will provide valuable sales and building information on commercial and industrial properties.

We recently obtained approximately 1800 data files from Lane County Assessment & Taxation, each containing a wealth of information on the commercial/industrial property or properties involved in a sale, including photos, building characteristics, sales information, etc. We converted these files to pdf format and linked them to the sales information displayed in RLID. If one or more of these files are available on your property of interest, you will see a link next to the “Sales Information” section of the Detailed Property Report. (see image below).

Available commercial sales data images are also available from the “RLID Image Links” page (accessed by clicking on the “Map and Taxlot number” link from the results page in the Detailed Property Search application (see image below):

These files exist for sales back as far as 1997, with more files available in subsequent years. We will receive additional commercial sales data in this format annually, probably in early summer.
