ALL RLID IMAGES NOW IN PDF

All images that were previously displayed in RLID in tif format have been successfully converted to pdf format. This includes Deeds & Records docs, plat maps, FIRM maps, Assessor Sketches, and Petition maps & docs. Taxmaps also continue to be available in pdf format, following the conversion by A&T in June 2006.

Note that FIRM maps, Plat Maps and Petition Maps are still available in tif format as well for those of you who need the tif format; the user has a choice to display these images in either format. However, LCOG will no longer provide tif viewing software (Tiffsurfer) through our website, nor are we able to support tif viewing software through our help desk. Note also that Assessor Sketches are available in either jpeg or pdf format (but not tif).

For those of you who have Tiffsurfer software on your computers, but prefer to view documents and images in pdf format, feel free to remove Tiffsurfer using the "add/remove programs" tool under control panel.
