2006 COMMERCIAL SALES / BUILDING DATA NOW AVAILABLE!

As you may remember, we added a new source of information on commercial properties last August that allows users to link to supplemental commercial sales data for commercial properties that have sold since 1999 (e.g. buidling square footage, year built, etc.). Previously, we only had these data for sales through 2005, but we now have 2006 sales in the system as well.
