2007 COMMERCIAL SALES DATA NOW IN RLID

Sales data for commercial properties sold in calendar year 2007 are now loaded into RLID and available through the Detailed Property Report in the "Sales" section (see screenshots below), and are also available within the Commercial Comp Sales tool (see http://www.rlid.org/RLID_NEWS/Commercial_comp_sales_Oct07.cfm for more information on the Commercial Comp Sales tool).
