RLID NOW HAS A COMMERCIAL COMP SALES APPLICATION!

We are pleased to announce the release of RLID's new comp sales application for commercial properties! It is now available from the comp sales home page. When you go to comp sales (by clicking on the "Comp Sales Search" button from the left sidebar menu in RLID after logging in), you will now have the choice of accessing the urban/suburban residential comp sales tool (released in May 2007), or the new commercial comps tool.

Please be sure to read through the overview and the details of how this tool is designed and how it works - it is quite different from the residential comps tool. There is also a help function within the application by clicking on the green "?" in the upper right corner, the same as in the residential tool.

For the time being, this new comp sales tool will be available to all users as we continue to refine it; at a future date, it will become a premium service.
