The Lane County Assessment & Taxation Department certified the 2007-2008 tax roll at 3:30pm on Friday, October 5. RLID data now includes 2007 property tax & value data. Weekly updates to property data will now resume - until next year at certification time!

Other updates to follow:

• New photos and sketches will be loaded into RLID on Monday, October 15
• Updates to taxing district information for 2007 tax code areas (TCAs), including a link to the new billing rates document should be available by the end of October. Please note that until then, the TCA code shown in RLID is the code for the CURRENT (2007) tax year, but the list of taxing districts and the billing rates document still refer to 2006 tax codes.
